Video Production- Technical Diploma

Explore your creative vision and develop your digital media skills in the Video Production technical diploma. Graduates of the program are prepared to work in entry level production careers such as production assistants, video editors, and content creators in visual media fields. Program students use techniques and up-to-date production workflows to build digital media. Potential careers include production assistant, media producer, video editor, and project team member. Credits from this technical diploma may be applied toward the Digital Media Technology associate degree.

Photography- Associates Degree

A photography program graduate will be prepared for a variety of photography careers. They will be skilled in the latest lighting, software, output, and digital photography technologies necessary to succeed in this creative profession. Our program will provide them with the branding and business skills necessary to succeed in the field of photography. Career choices include portrait and wedding photographer, real estate photographer, commercial photographer, photojournalist, staff photographer, sport and event photographer.

Digital Media Technology- Associates Degree

Digital media professionals employ production skills and acquired technical knowledge to create audio, video and motion graphics content for multiple distribution channels. Graduates of the Digital Media Technology degree have the skill set for a variety of careers including audio/video production assistant, digital media specialist, freelance media producer, radio and podcast producer and motion graphic designer.

Photography Fundamentals- Certificate

The Photography Fundamentals Certificate is designed for those seeking to learn basic skills in digital still photography, image editing, organization and archiving. This certificate will assist beginner photographers, marketers, art directors, and graphic designers further their careers and add an additional skillset. All credits from this certificate may be applied toward the Photography technical diploma.

Audio Recording- Certificate

The Audio Recording Certificate is designed for a person seeking skills in audio multitrack recording, mixing and mastering. Mic placement, gain staging, dynamic range control as well as audio effects are discussed. Students will record musicians of many musical styles in a 32 track digital studio. Students will also deliver final mixes to artists and learn about music distribution through downloads or streaming services. Credits from this certificate may be applied toward the Digital Media Technology Associate Degree.
